Office Admin/Parts Assistant

Based in Basingstoke, Kyoeisha UK (Baroness) are the UK subsidiary of a Japanese company which makes and sells market leading machinery for the golf industry.

Due to expansion, we are seeking a full-time Assistant to join our team to assist with the day-to-day running of our busy warehouse/Office departments, full training would be provided to a suitable candidate. 

 

Hours:            37.5 per week – Monday to Friday

Salary:            Dependent on experience

Holiday:         Up to 25 days per year plus bank holidays after qualifying period

Pension:         Payment contributions

 
The role will include:
  • Processing customers’ orders
  • Processing orders on Sage
  • Picking, packing and dispatching goods
  • Answering customer questions by email and telephone
  • Liaising with carriers
  • Stores management and stock control
  • Keeping a clean, tidy and safe environment
Requirements for the role
  • Enthusiastic with a good work ethic
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Good organizational skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Confident IT skills
  • Some lifting and carrying is required
  • Basic mechanical knowledge preferred
