Office Admin/Parts Assistant
Based in Basingstoke, Kyoeisha UK (Baroness) are the UK subsidiary of a Japanese company which makes and sells market leading machinery for the golf industry.
Due to expansion, we are seeking a full-time Assistant to join our team to assist with the day-to-day running of our busy warehouse/Office departments, full training would be provided to a suitable candidate.
Hours: 37.5 per week – Monday to Friday
Salary: Dependent on experience
Holiday: Up to 25 days per year plus bank holidays after qualifying period

Processing customers’ orders

Processing orders on Sage
-
Picking, packing and dispatching goods
-
Answering customer questions by email and telephone

Liaising with carriers
-
Stores management and stock control
-
Keeping a clean, tidy and safe environment
-
Enthusiastic with a good work ethic

Able to work on own initiative
-
Good organizational skills
-
Good communication skills
-
Confident IT skills
-
Some lifting and carrying is required

Basic mechanical knowledge preferred
