Change to BIGGA Xtra Benefits
We wanted to let you know about a small change to how you'll access BIGGA Xtra Benefits, your benefits and discounts platform.
What's changing:
From 1st October 2026, you'll need to register for a free account to use the platform. Previously you could browse many offers without signing in - from this date, registration will be required to view and redeem offers.
What you need to do:
The next time you visit the platform from 1st October, you'll be prompted to create your account. It takes less than a minute, and it's a one-time step - once you're registered, you'll be able to use the platform exactly as before.
Why we're doing this:
This change helps us keep the platform secure and ensures the offers and benefits available to you continue to be protected. It also means we can better understand how our members are using and benefiting from the platform, so we can keep improving it.
Look out for more improvements:
We're also working on some exciting upgrades to the platform, coming later this year, including access to more offers and the ability to track your own savings. We'll keep you posted.
