BMW PGA Championship Volunteer Support Team

BIGGA is proud to team up with the DP World Tour and Wentworth Club to provide an outstanding tournament experience for our members during the hosting of the BMW PGA Championship.

BIGGA members who join the BMW PGA Volunteer Support Team will get hands-on experience of course preparation at a major DP World Tour event. The volunteers will be completely integrated into the Wentworth team and will undertake mowing and a range of other activities.

Team members will need to be available for the entire duration, from the previous Sunday leading up to the championship until the following Sunday, when the Wentworth Club team will witness the crowning of a new BMW PGA Champion.

Accommodation and sustenance will be provided throughout and the only cost is transport to and from Wentworth Club in Surrey.

Meet this year's BMW PGA Championship Volunteer Support Team here.

We value our relationship with BIGGA highly and given every member of the Wentworth greenkeeping team is a part of the association and has access to the training and education it offers, we know how committed and capable these volunteers will be as we prepare the West Course for the DP World Tour’s flagship event.
