Do you want to increase your self-awareness, reveal your hidden potential and cope better in stressful situations? This half day class will provide you with a fascinating insight into your own personality and behaviours.
Using the Lumina Spark personality profiling tool will help you to understand how your personality may shift between home life, work life and when under pressure.
N.B. You will be required to complete an online questionnaire, the cost of which is included in the course fee, to receive your 61 page personal profile document. You will not be able to attend this class without committing to completing the online questionnaire before the session
Learning Outcomes:
- Better understand your own personality and behaviours
- Recognise the very different but complementary qualities that your team display and understand your colleagues better as a result
- Explore how your personality may shift between your home life and work life
- Be more aware of the behaviours that jump out from time to time, and how to manage them so that they do not de-rail your career
