BIGGA Sectional Education Day - North East & Cleveland

BIGGA CEO Jim Croxton will open the proceedings with a short welcome. There will then be presentations including:

Henry Bechelet & Liam Hargreaves (ICL) - 'When Stress Sets the Agenda - How managing turf stress influences turf resilience, recovery and the impact of disease pressure.'

Paul Woodham (R&A) - Data Collection and the Golfer Experience. 'Measuring golf green agronomic and surface performance in championship and club situations.'

Glenn Kirby (STRI) - 'Mowing in a frost - our current in house trials discussed along with the future of agronomy.'

There will then be three practical workshops with the delegates split into smaller groups which will include:

Jonathan Gaunt (Gaunt Design) - 'How to deliver a major golf course redevelopment - working with the team at Ramside Hall Golf Club' - this will be an outdoor session.

Wes Henshaw (K.A.R) - Practical solutions in the world of irrigation.'

Craig Stoba and Trevor Mill-Irving (Husqvarna) - How Husqvarna Autonomous Solutions work on golf courses. - This will be an outdoor session.
