We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified Greenkeeper to join our professional course maintenance team. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual looking to further develop their career within a high-performing and forward-thinking golf environment.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out routine golf course and resort maintenance operations to the highest standard

Assist in delivering outstanding course presentation and playing conditions

Operate and maintain modern greenkeeping machinery safely and effectively

Support the team in daily maintenance schedules and project work

Demonstrate a proactive, flexible and professional approach to all duties

Contribute positively to a strong team culture while also working independently when required
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for an individual who demonstrates:

A genuine passion for golf course maintenance and turf management

Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work

Strong communication and time management skills

A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn

The ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team environment

Flexibility to work weekends and varied seasonal hours as required

Professionalism in both appearance and conduct
Qualifications & Experience
-
NVQ Level 2 in Sports Turf Management (or higher)
-
5 years of previous greenkeeping or sports turf experience preferred
-
PA1 and PA6 spraying certificates are desirable, but not essential

Competitive salary £28,000 - £31,000 plus overtime, dependent on experience and qualifications
