Experienced Senior Greenkeeper - Handsworth Golf Club
Salary: £30,000 – £33,000 (depending on experience)
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Greenkeeper to join our team. The successful applicant will play a key role in maintaining the golf course to a high standard, ensuring excellent playing conditions for both members and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and present the golf course to a consistently high standard

Assist in delivering excellent playing conditions throughout the year

Operate and maintain a range of turf care machinery

Work collaboratively as part of the greenkeeping team
Essential Requirements:
-
Minimum Level 2 qualification in Sports Turf / Greenkeeping (or equivalent)

Proven experience within a golf course or sports turf environment

Strong knowledge of turf maintenance practices and machinery

Good teamwork and communication skills
-
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic

Full UK driving licence (preferred)
Desirable Skills:
-
PA1, PA2, PA6 spraying certificates
-
Chainsaw certification
-
Experience with irrigation systems
-
Experience operating a wide range of turf maintenance machinery
