Golf Club Heidiland offers excellent training facilities with its 9-hole Executive Course and a practice centre featuring 20 covered and 50 grass teeing areas. It has established itself as the ideal golf club for beginners in the region. A bistro and golf shop complete the comprehensive range of services.

Your Responsibilities
- Deputy management of the Greenkeeping department, including team coordination and operational leadership in the absence of the Head Greenkeeper
- Planning, coordinating, and carrying out daily operational tasks in close collaboration with the Head Greenkeeper and the team
- Supervising, mentoring, and training team members in coordination with the Head Greenkeeper
- Recording, maintaining, and updating resource data in IT systems (Punctus, approval workflows, Excel workbooks, time management systems)
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations and standards
- Participation in winter on-call duty services
Your Profile
- Certified Greenkeeper or Head Greenkeeper
- Completed apprenticeship as a gardener or landscape gardener is an advantage
- A technical or trade-related vocational background is an advantage
- Certificate for the professional use of plant protection products (PPP) or willingness to obtain one
- Chainsaw certification or willingness to obtain one
- Very good German language skills
- Good English language skills
- Good IT skills
- Team-oriented, resilient, reliable, and responsible personality
- Assertive with strong conflict-resolution skills
- Enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Willingness to work weekends
