Our Greenkeeping team ensures every fairway, green, and bunker meets the exacting standards expected by golfers from around the world. The Gardening team brings the resort to life, crafting and maintaining beautiful landscapes that guests love to explore. Behind the scenes, our skilled Mechanics keep the machinery running smoothly, powering the work that makes our courses exceptional.
Salary The base annual rate for this role is £35,000 per annum, plus service charge

Assist in the day-to-day management of the Brabazon golf course and grounds

Supervise and lead the greenkeeping team to deliver high standards of course presentation and maintenance

Conduct regular inspections of the golf course, grounds, and irrigation systems

Support in the planning and delivery of essential maintenance work, including aeration, top dressing, and course renovations

Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment for the team
- Strong knowledge of turf management, horticulture, and maintenance equipment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of health and safety practices within the greenkeeping industry
- A valid pesticide application certificate (PA1 PA2, PA6) and relevant greenkeeping qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3) are highly desirable
