Course Manager
The Wiltshire Hotel, Leisure & Golf Resort is a well-established golf destination, open year-round and featuring an 18-hole Championship Course and a 9-hole Garden Course.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Course Manager to oversee the maintenance, presentation and continued development of our golf facilities.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee the maintenance and presentation of both golf courses and surrounding grounds

Coordinate and organise daily golf course operations

Manage staffing, machinery, materials and maintenance programmes

Implement agronomic programmes including irrigation, fertiliser and turf health management
-
Maintain course infrastructure, pathways, car parks, depot areas and clubhouse surroundings

Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and environmental regulations
Candidate Requirements

Proven experience in golf course management

Strong leadership and organisational skills

Detailed knowledge of agronomy, plant pathology, entomology and turfgrass management

Good understanding of soil science and sports turf maintenance
-
Experience managing machinery, resources and budgets

Full UK driving licence
