Crews Hill Golf Club is seeking an ambitious, experienced and forward-thinking Course Manager to lead our dedicated greenkeeping team and continue the development of our highly regarded course.
Set within beautiful mature parkland, our Harry Colt-designed course has built an excellent reputation for outstanding playing conditions and exceptional member satisfaction. We are looking for a passionate professional who shares our commitment to excellence and can inspire a team to maintain and continually improve the course to the highest standards.
About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with the Greens Committee, you will have overall responsibility for the maintenance, presentation and long-term development of the golf course, practice facilities and surrounding grounds.
You will provide strong leadership to the greenkeeping team while managing budgets, machinery, irrigation systems and environmental initiatives to ensure the course remains among the best in the region.
We are looking for someone who has:

Proven experience as a Course Manager, Head Greenkeeper or Deputy Course Manager

A recognised qualification in Sports Turf Management (Level 3 minimum)

Excellent leadership and people management skills

Strong technical and agronomic knowledge

Experience managing irrigation systems and modern greenkeeping machinery

Budget management experience and sound commercial awareness

A commitment to health & safety and environmental best practice

A positive, professional approach with excellent communication skills
