Your Role:
As the Assistant Head Greenkeeper, you will:

Support the Head Greenkeeper in maintaining our golf courses and grounds to the highest standards

Lead and motivate a dedicated team, focusing on training and development

Implement maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations

Contribute to environmental sustainability and enhance the overall guest experience
Key Competencies:

3+ years of greenkeeping experience, with supervisory experience a plus

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Technical expertise in turf management, irrigation, and machinery operation

Relevant qualifications in greenkeeping or sports turf management
