An opportunity has become available for an individual to join the greenkeeping team here at Prestatyn Golf Club. We are seeking a hardworking, motivated and enthusiastic greenkeeper who wants to thrive and excel themselves with a great opportunity to progress their career.

• The ability to work closely with the Course Manager, update and provide key information, when required
• To be able to work as an individual or with the team
• Have the knowledge and confidence to go out mowing, complete course set ups and been part of the continuous projects throughout the winter
• Been able to apply fertilizer throughout the year (where qualified)
• Having a keen eye for detail and presentation when out on the course
• Time management essential as early starts throughout the summer (including some, but not all weekends)
• Knowing and understanding how machinery operates

• Full UK driving licence
• NVQ Level 2 or above or equivalent in sports turf/greenkeeping (or working towards)
• Experience of working on a golf course or within the industry
• PA1, PA2 & PA6 (preferred)
• Have a very strong work ethic, great time management and can use their initiative

• Competitive salary - depending on experience – based on a 40-hour week (plus paid overtime)
