Assistant Greenkeeper
Tandridge Golf Club, founded in 1924, is seeking a full-time Assistant Greenkeeper to join our dynamic team of ten greens staff.
Currently ranked among the top 100 golf courses in the UK and recognised as one of Surrey’s finest parkland courses.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about greenkeeping and golf, demonstrate strong teamwork skills, and have keen attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:

Daily course maintenance tasks include mowing playing surfaces, raking bunkers, and general turf care

Assisting with course projects, extensive course maintenance, and construction work

Assisting with tournament preparation for club events
Essential Requirements:

A full UK driving licence

Qualified to at least NVQ Level 2

At least three years of hands-on greenkeeping experience

Willing to work flexible hours and weekends on a rotating basis of 1 in 3 throughout the year
Preferred Requirements:

Plays or possesses a comprehensive understanding of golf

PA1, PA2 & PA6 - Safe use of pesticide certificates

Chainsaw certificates

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 basic annual salary depending on experience
