Weeds pose a serious problem in producing consistent, high quality playing surfaces. Invasive broad‑leaved and coarse grass weed species seriously affect the visual appearance and playability. Research into application timing and techniques have highlighted ways to improve results for broad‑leaved weed control, while new technologies in development may give a new solution to solve coarse grass weeds in fine turf. Get up to date with the latest developments and practical techniques.

Learning outcomes:

  • Improve results from herbicide applications
  • Latest research results in new herbicide development
