Rosapenna Golf Resort in County Donegal, Ireland is widely regarded as the finest Links Resort in the country boasting three championship links and a luxury Hotel on site. Just this month Golf World Magazine ranked Rosapenna #19 in the World’s Top 100 Golf Resorts.
We are currently recruiting for a number of fully qualified Seasonal Green Keepers
(1st April – 15th October) to work across all three diverse links golf courses – the storied Old Tom Morris Links (1893), the modern Sandy Hills Links (2003) and the new spectacular St Patrick’s Links by Tom Doak (2021) – currently ranked #44 in the World’s Top 100 Courses by GOLF Magazine.
The successful candidates will be working as part of a top class team in the green keeping industry at one of the World’s most revered links venues. On a day-to-day basis you will contribute to the maintenance and development of the links, the practice facilities and the surrounding estate and also be part of our tournament teams that cover all three courses at Rosapenna.

Qualified to Level 2 with at least two years working experience

Additional qualifications would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided where required

Practical experience of a wide range of turf maintenance machinery

An ability to use initiative and work within a team or on your own

A team player with strong attention to detail

Good time management and communication skills

A “can do” attitude and prepared to work in all weathers

A flexible approach to working hours
