Deputy Course Manager
WGC London is looking for a motivated, positive, and enthusiastic individual to take on this leadership position.
The Deputy Course Manager will have full involvement in all aspects of managing an exciting project 25 minutes from the heart of London.
This is the ideal position for someone who wants to learn, grow, be challenged, and continuously push for improvement. The successful candidate will be instrumental in assisting in daily operations, future planning, and staff development. This is an exciting time for the club, with recent investments including complete new Eco Bunkering throughout the course, clubhouse redevelopment, a complete machinery fleet replacement in 2025, and a planned new course maintenance facility, alongside further ongoing course improvements.

Apply strong knowledge of Health & Safety compliance

Work collaboratively with the senior greenkeeping team, course architect, contractors and other departments

Utilisation of digital platforms for communication and record keeping
Ideal Candidate Profile:
-
Proven managerial greenkeeping experience or an experienced passionate professional looking to progress their career in a management role

PA1, 2, and 6 spraying certificates
-
Chainsaw cross cutting and felling
-
Exceptional attention to detail
-
Knowledge of irrigation systems
