THE ASSISTANT GREENKEEPER OPPORTUNITY

Tidworth Golf Club is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Greenkeeper who is keen to learn, develop, and take pride in delivering high‑quality work. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a positive attitude, a strong team spirit, and a keen eye for detail, who enjoys practical outdoor work and is excited to grow within a progressive and supportive team environment.

You will join a forward‑thinking club at the forefront of modern greenkeeping, working alongside a visionary Course Manager and experienced colleagues who are committed to continuous improvement. With investment in autonomous mowing technology, ongoing course development, and a clear long‑term vision, Tidworth offers an outstanding environment for someone looking to build their greenkeeping skills and advance their career.

As an Assistant Greenkeeper, you will play an important role in maintaining and presenting our premier downland course, contributing to daily preparation, seasonal projects, and long‑term improvements. You will gain hands‑on experience across all aspects of course maintenance and will be supported through on‑the‑job learning and relevant certified training.
If you bring enthusiasm, reliability, willingness to learn, and a ‘can‑do’ approach, we will provide the platform for you to grow, thrive, and take pride in shaping a course with genuine character, heritage, and ambition.
