We are looking for someone highly motivated with a keen eye for detail looking to progress up the greenkeeping ladder. An exciting opportunity to work at a highly rated top 100 course with our centenary coming up in 2030.
Assist the course manager and deputy to maintain the course to the highest standards expected at a top 100 golf club day to day activities including routine mowing, aerating top dressing fertilising, course set up, raking bunkers etc.
Salary: £30,000 per year depending on experience Overtime at time and half on top Lunch included Additional Training and Professional development supported Bigga membership paid for Annual Bonus Scheme.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and prepare the course to a high standard

Operate and maintain turf care equipment

Assist with course renovations bunker maintenance, aeration, fertilisation and turf repairs and maintenance

Follow all health and safety protocols

Weekend and bank holiday work on a rota system
Personal qualities:

Good time management and communication

Keen to continue with personal development and attaining qualifications

Professional and pro active team player

Previous experience in greenkeeping or landscaping Desired but not essential

NVQ level 2 or above
-
Spraying certificate (PA 1, PA2 and PA6)

Chainsaw Certification
