Shrewsbury Golf Club 100 years 1891 - 1991

The Club originally played at Hencote but moved to a new site in 1892 where the course was laid out by Bill Lewis, the professional. More land was acquired and a new course was built by George Gadd in 1920. It was remodelled by C K Cotton in 1949.
