Observations of a former greenkeeper

Having moved to the trade side of the industry 18 months ago after 20+ year's as a Greenkeeper it amazes me how many simple mistakes I see on a daily basis. In this session I hope to install more professionalism in the industry and help to stop people making mistakes that make life difficult for themselves and their clubs. It will cover basic greenkeeping practices, communication and resources.
