Top tips for dealing with stress in the workplace

Synopsis:  Working under pressure whether due to work, job insecurity, finances, health or family can lead to increased levels of stress and anxiety. 1 in 4 of us will experience some form of anxiety or stress in our lifetime, being able to identify that you are stressed and anxious provides you with the ability to deal with the cause and maintain mental health and wellbeing. This webinar will cover how to identify stress and anxiety in yourself and others, identify the cause and provide the solutions.
 
Speaker: Helen Waddington, Head of Casework, Perennial
 
Biography: Helen Waddington is the Head of Casework at Perennial, joining in 2001 she helped develop the client-facing services that Perennial offers today, including the face-to-face home visits, ongoing support and advice and information for those who want to self-manage. She over sees the Caseworker team that provide direct help and advice to clients throughout the UK. Whilst continuing to work towards the additional services Perennial provides to support the horticultural industry. Helen has always worked within the Advice Sector with Degrees in Advice Law and also Employment and Social Studies, she has previously worked with Central and Local Government within disability, welfare benefit specialist, supporting the self-employed and refugees. Additionally she comes from a family who work within the horticultural industry, including Gardeners, Landscape Architects and Greenkeepers, so has a personal understanding of the industry.
