This half day class will provide both the practical and the philosophical tools to gain perspective on daily life, to produce the required results without the accompanying stress. Looking at ways that you can clearly define what really matters and what really needs to be done. Highlighting the importance of understanding precisely what has to be achieved and to what standard. Looking at a simple method to tackle both small and large complex projects that can be implemented instantly.

Michael Astrop has been speaking, writing and coaching on communications and human behavior for the last twenty years working with a wide range of organisations from the public sector to commercial organisations and the third sector. He is a tutor for the Institute of Leadership & Management and has been working with BIGGA both locally and nationally for over six years on subjects as diverse as presentation skills and managing difficult situations, so he is well known to many greenkeepers from Scotland to Hampshire.
