Territory Sales Manager

Within the Golf and Sports Turf sector our design innovations are what set us apart. Our range of products are used in some of the most prestigious venues throughout the world.
We continue to expand our product portfolio and plan to add additional world class products to our existing range of Infinicut®, TMSystemTM and robotic greens mowers. Cub Cadet® continues to set the standard for innovation that delivers.
Due to growing demand and planned expansion we require a Territory Sales Manager. The successful applicant will be primarily responsible for promoting, demonstrating, selling and installing our unique Infinicut® range of equipment.
You will develop the customer relationship from the initial call through to product delivery and installation. You will help to develop, manage and refine the sales process as part of a dedicated and focused team.
The position is home based within a dedicated sales area. You will be fully equipped with your own fleet of demonstration machines. The role will require self-managing your daily diary and activities including planned site demonstrations. You will attend regional & national exhibitions and trade shows & events. The position involves travel and regular nights away from home.
We are looking for a customer focused, energetic and experienced individual, preferably from the turf industry. You will be able to effectively communicate at all levels.
Personal requirements for role:
- Committed to achieving results and self-motivating. You will have excellent communication skills at all levels and be able to operate, demonstrate and sell turf equipment confidently.
- Great customer service is paramount within our industry sector. You will be flexible in your approach and customer focused.
- Operational or technical machinery knowledge is a necessary attribute.
- You will have at least 3 years’ experience in a turf machinery or related business and at least one year's selling experience.
