HOME BASED ROLES – ONE TO BE BASED IN THE CAMBRIDGE AREA AND ONE TO BE BASED IN THE ESSEX AREA
To provide practical, field, technical and repair support to end user customers of the brands enhancing their product satisfaction and experience.
To respond to the daily service & repair needs at locations outlined by the Service Manager. Focused on a ‘first time fix’ performance target and effectively managing your personal time and communication.
The Role:

Site based diagnostic repairs

First time fix
-
Customer relationships
The Person:
- Turfcare/ Groundcare machinery background or similar.
- Previous experience in a workshop environment
- Mechanical knowledge
- Previous remote experience preferrable
- Full UK driving license
