Become a part of Fulwell Golf Club, an esteemed private member’s golf club. Our respected parkland course measures 6,607 yards with a par of 71, featuring tree-lined fairways and high-quality greens. Suitable for golfers of all levels, it offers an enjoyable and challenging experience.
We are excited to be recruiting for an Assistant Greenkeeper to complement our existing team of 11, assisting in maintaining as well as enhancing the golf course. With new tees under construction and a comprehensive drainage project set to begin in September 2024, this is an exciting time to be part of our journey. Additionally, Irrigation upgrades are planned for the near future.
The team are enthusiastic, bright and welcoming. Always working hard to ensure Fulwell’s reputation for great playing surfaces is maintained.
The successful applicant will possess the following:

Minimum NVQ Level 2 in greenkeeping

An understanding of Health & Safety

An understanding of the game of golf

Willingness to learn and develop

Strong communication skills

Attention to detail

Ability to work within a team

High motivation

Flexibility to work weekends (rota based)

Salary Range: Competitive, around £28k, based on experience and qualifications. Paid overtime available from April to October, with time off in lieu from November to March.
