Well done, Cecil!

BIGGA Life Member, Cecil George, is the 2010 recipient of the BIGGA Lifetime Achievement Award.
Cecil, a familiar face to many within the Association receives the Award for his tireless work in developing greenkeeper education in Scotland in its early days.
Cecil was presented with the Award at The Open Championship in St Andrews by BIGGA's first Chairman, Walter Woods BEM following a short ceremony conducted by National Chairman, Paul Worster, with a tribute from another Past Chairman, Elliott Small.
