Happy Birthday to BIGGA

The arrival of 2012 is particularly special for BIGGA as it marks the Association’s 25th birthday.

BIGGA was formed from an amalgamation of three existing Associations – BGGA, SIGGA and EIGGA – in January, 1987, and this Silver Anniversary will be recognised, and celebrated, throughout the year starting off with a Celebration Evening during Harrogate.

BIGGA has come a very long way in those 25 years and many of the people who have been instrumental in the success will be in attendance to share memories and be congratulated for their part in the development of the Association.
